Can you just pour 20 more foot of concrete sloping the right direction along the side of it? The floor slope on some of those old “Cargill” mono slope pig barns is pretty steep for cattle and might get slick. And a skidloader didn’t fit inside so scoping manure by hand.

The more I think about you would be better with a purpose built spot to background. 60x80 of old concrete is not really that much. Or put the bunks on the high side and not use the building at all. Ventilation may be an issue in a low building anyway.
