SC PA | I'm not sure if you are meaning stand the trailer and bin both on end, or just the bin. It looks like it would be a 9' diameter bin. That will have a little weight to it, but nothing several men couldn't handle. Or if you block the legs on the bottom side and pull it upright with a loader.
The other thing is it looks like you have small piers you want to set it up on. I'd set the bin upright on the main pad first. Then take a loader bucket, roll it out so the cutting edge and the top/back of the bucket is up against two of the legs. Strap it tight with a 2" ratchet strap and you should able to lift it up and maneuver it anywhere you want.
Edit: you should block the bin legs like is shown in this picture, so the weight doesn't twist/bend the two legs on the bottom when they have all the weight.
