Central Missouri | The corn market is comfortable right now. The buyers worldwide arent concerned about supply. Therefore price is lazy just as we are when we are comfortable.
If the funds and end users get uncomfortable about supply price will move to reflect it. The market is probably at a temporary low and weather will dictate if it becomes uncomfortable. If you look at the daily nearby chart i posted corn rallied from 3.85 to 5.20. That is huge in percentage terms, then it got comfortable and slowly eroded. Price will get a bit uncomfortable here and probably move up some. Weather will dictate the level of discomfort. | |
