 Eastern Washington State | Others have hit most of the things I would tell you already. Here are a couple though, make sure you drain your system as much as possible between rinses. The solution is dilution, so the more you can get out of the system between rinses the higher the rate of dilution is going to be. With that in mind, you don't need to fill your tank to 200 gallons each time. I get three rinses out of one 100 gallon rinse tank.
When adding the ammonia it should be at least a 1% solution, so your half gallon should be added to 50 gallons of water, not 200. | |
