IMO a big factor in rinse outs is how empty can you get your tank when spraying out the booms and hold pressure. Second factor would be size of boom plumbing. When you get real low tank volume, agitation becomes counter productive (sucking air). Another often over-looked item is tank wall clean down. Having spray balls spraying clean water will do a lot to cut down on contamination and also will help keep screens and nozzles from plugging.

Atrazine tends to be the biggest culprit for clean out problems. Not just it itself but it's ability to trap other chemicals and release them later on sensitive crops. Be sure and at least flush your booms before quiting for the night. I don't leave it in my sprayer over-night and want constant agitation when applying it.
