S Illinois | What do you feel they are pulling? I don’t follow Q:X spreads or U:X spreads close enough to remember off the top of my head what they were historically. So I can’t tell you what the largest inverse ever was. But that’s the only thing that one could gain if bids were Q or U based but most commercials will not let you roll crop years so you can’t take advantage of that spread. Cash price will always be cash price. They can’t pay more or less for nearby cash beans just because they are bidding off a deferred month. | |
