Current process with case IH 4450
1. Spray until empty. Blow out booms. Dump in rinse tank and spray out. Blow booms out twice
2. 200 gallons clean water in tank. Fill rinse tank. Agitate tank for 15 minutes and spray out. Dump in rinse tank and use recirculating system/agitate for 15 minutes. Spray out. Blow out booms.
3. Fill tank with 200 gallons water plus 2 quarts ammonia based tank cleaner. Agitate/recirculate for 15 minutes. Spray out. Blow out booms. Dump in rinse tank. Spray out. Blowout booms.
4. 200 gallons in tank. Agitate. Spray out. Push rinse tank through recirculating system to flush clean and dump on ground.
Can I change anything to make it easier/faster or just stick with my current process?
Use PHxr as your water treatment and replace AMS. Tanks and hoses and nozzles are clean all the time. Simple clean rinse between chemicals is fast and easy and no atrazine buildup. PH for spraying is under 5, water is unhardens, and increases oxygen of water for plants.
