Eastern Shore of MD | No recirculating booms here. Wondering why you do step # 2. I run tank cleaner mix at 2 qt in 100 gal water spray out then rinse 2X with 100 gall water each time spray out and dump sump each time. Pull and clean screens if I have been running a product that will precipitate. Some times let tank cleaner sit over night in booms if convenient. Edit to add - I run Dawn or a blending agent nearly all the time with my spray mix to keep lines slick.
