It’s called marketing, maybe someday when there gets to be so few folks producing food commodities that they can have marketing strategies someone will figure out how to sell food commodities to the world unlike now , farmers are the absolute worst marketers alive , the local McDonalds could hire an extra 50 people this afternoon and cover their parking lot in cheeseburgers tomorrow but you think buyers and sellers have anything to do with that ? Cheeseburgers will be profitable to that McDonalds Tomorrow just like they are today because of their marketing, General Motors and McDonalds get to use a cost of production for their marketing, farmers aren’t nearly that smart | |
