It’s quite extraordinary that grown men tolerate 30, 40% error etc., and yet just go about as if nothing happened, year after year after year. Then of course we heard the same excuses year after year. It’s a combination of Groundhog Day and a magic eightball. The good news is, with any sort of an event, weather or some utopian trade deal with India, we could see a very nice rally
