Subject: How much N leaching?


Stearns County Central MN		Just sidedressed corn with 90 lbs N plus sulfur. Supposed to get 2”-4” of rain tonight. Soils are sandy loam with 5-10 CEC. Soils can probably take 1-2” before reaching capacity. How much leaching can I expect?

I used humic acid on about 30 acres of more sandy ground…
