How is everyone applying Liquified Urea?
I put 10 gal urea on with 10 gal. of water along with Generic Liberty, Glyphos, 3 oz Mesotrion, 1 lb. Atrazine and experienced quite a bit of leaf burn at V5. I was originally going to spray on another 10 gal. with 10 gal of water at V8 without herbicide. Not sure I want to burn the leaves that bad again at V8.

Do you use streamers? Not being able to post apply herbicide with them at V5. I'm using Turbo Tjet tips. Does streaming get down in the swirl and cause damage?

Thanks

I have been told that some urea-depending on where it's made- contains a chemical that will burn the crop. A couple years ago we melted a bunch of urea for ydropping and during the process of applying, I had a pressure line blow covering the crop. I figured it was no big deal because it was melted urea. It torched that corn so be careful if you don't know for sure what product you have.

Take care
