Went ahead yesterday and did lrp at $2 for Oct and Dec-first time ever on lrp,and first time I went over $my usually $10 a head cost-also first time i ever insured cattle over $2700 a head still under 1.5% cost on gross dollars
we did 40% of the cattle that we have on feed-probably go another 40% next week
remembering the 1987-90 time frame that took 20 years to dig out I guess
nobody is going to have a bigger lakehouse and bigger pontoon than the LRP salesman.
first time lrp-ya I did it $2 bottom
