Pittsburg, Kansas		I don't know about tomato relish but we made pickled green tomatoes one year when we had a ton of late season tomatoes that the frost was going to get.

They were good, kind of like sweet pickles.

I presume tomato relish might be similar with lots of sugar. But I am probably wrong.
