We are running windows 8. Recently some of our quick books will not open. It shows to open with Adobe but that doesn't work.
I thought I would reset the computer to what it was march 18 as we had a power issue the 19th.
I can't seem to find the place to do that, unless I used the one that is on our Norton.
If I try and use that one it says it will not work.
Any suggestions?
FYI, You can put everything I know about computers, put it in a thimble and still have room for your thumb.
Before you go too far, open the task manager and try shutting things down one at a time. |
