SW Kansas | I bet there is a lot of people on here praying for you so don’t give up. I know you’re not going to want to hear this but, the broccoli, carrots, and ground beef is ok, but the rest needs to be cut out. I went on this type of diet over a year ago and I will be the first to say that it sucks. I made it 90 days and then fell off the proverbial wagon, but the changes in health I saw was phenomenal. Unfortunately coffee is my biggest weakness. Everyone reacts to different food in many different ways, but the biggest rule of thumb is no oats and no bread. Eggs good, salad good, but no dressing. Can’t remember the place that has a good price on CGM’s but watching my blood sugar levels on my iPhone was an eye opener for me. Stable blood sugar seems to be the foundation for health. Don’t starve yourself. What worked for me was as many eggs and sausages I could eat in the morning, followed by an average size lunch, then I skipped supper altogether. I think I am in the minority on skipping supper though. | |
