Maybe because.........Poor folks have poor ways ??

A lot of truth in that statement. I know several people that struggle with being 'poor' even though they may make decent money. Some people just can't handle money. Some 'poor' also don't care to be 'rich'. Much less responsibility in being 'poor' sometimes.

There you have it, 38 million Americans live at or below the poverty line and it's their own fault. And no, we aren't doing much better in Canada.
