Scranton | I got a 4 year degree from Iowa State. I'm not sure I use much I learned from going to school, but I sure appreciate the lifelong friends I gained while going there. Plus it expanded my socialization from living in a small rural town. I KNOW I learned a ton from each of my jobs I got after attending college (one with a coop and one with a short line equipment company). I still pull from both of those jobs almost daily.
I left college owing $13,000 thanks to working a lot while going, tho I wish I would have worked much more. I spent 10 years making a student loan payment of $153.12 monthly. Yes I still remember after writing each check. Also remember my first auto payment...$214.57 LOL | |
