Kingdom of Callaway - Fulton, Mo 65251

I am starting to look for a new pickup.

Between Ford, GM, or Dodge Ram, on 3500 one ton sized dual rear wheel trucks, which ones leave the horsepower and torque ratings the same, and which ones derate them when sold new as a cab and chassis?
