I think I decided on about a $.20 premium over sale barn price, figure they’re worth a premium as they are vaccinated and well taken care of, which I have been told is about 2.50 locally so I’m thinking $2.70 a pound.
Another subject, tried to look up usda report and it said no report due to budget cut.
