| Treat him well, don't talk down to him and know that he has different experiences than you do. He will make mistakes and that is not bad. If you still own the property then you kind of have final say. Be kind and sometimes tough. I would not make it impossible to win.
If you want him to stay, then you need to help him get some land or something that is his. That way he can make mistakes and learn. | |
