They knew when they came across the border, that’s no excuse. What other civilized country in the world would let you or I do that in their country?
I am too busy to get my license, pay my taxes, fill my gas tank, follow the speed limit, stop at a red light…. There are penalties and consequences for everything.
Yes I have family living in another 3rd world country I am not naive, the stuff they have to do to stay there and the bribery that goes on is horrendous.
Now could the procedure be updated to make it easier to be legally immigrants here? Probably, I am not up to date on all of that.
