Yes that type of rioting is definitely possible. It could likely also be said that the elites know that a united public opposing them would mean their defeat but a divided public would be too busy fighting amongst themselves to be able to organize and win the fight.
I suspect that is why society is being seeded with such deep seated divisions and encouraged to turn against their neighbour. I know if I were an elite I would try to get the public to fight amongst themselves so they couldn’t organize to fight my plan. At least until my plan was far enough along that they couldn’t stop it. Do you agree?
