The local cement contractors get Hispanics with work visa. Also many more farmers and coops getting H2A workers. There are legal ways to get labor. And yes some white folks might have to work instead of sit on their ass. A recent article about AI said a lot of people are going to lose their jobs because of AI and these people are going to have to find different lines of work. The days of all these people sitting at desks on a computer, change is coming.
