NE South Dakota Clark, SD | My first bout with it was about 15 years ago. Always wore cheap work boots, cheap tennis shoes and good cowboy boots. Dr. had me try hard insole inside good shows. Helped, but sometimes I could hardly walk. 2 rounds of steroid injections in the planer. Do not do this unless nothing else will work. The only thing more painful I have experienced is passing a kidney stone. The second round seemed it fix it as long as I did not where cowboy boots and wore quality shoes with added insoles and the cheap ones did not do it for me. I have bounced back and forth from Merrill, Obos, and Keen brand shoes.. It seems like every time they come out with a new model it doesn't have the support the previous model did. I just got Kuru at my wife's suggestion as she has had good luck with them. 2 weeks in and I am very happy. No additional insole needed. Will see how long the support holds up. |
