1/8" screen you're going to be lucky to do ~400 lbs/minute with the 7810, probably going to be limited by the belts on the mill. That's 12 ton/hr grinding non stop.
If you weigh with the mixer you will have to grind full then unload, then grind another tank full. Probably increase time by 50% so 1.5 hrs to do 12 ton.
I wouldn't start the tractor and mill for less than $150/hour. Figure accordingly.
