I crimp some corn for a local farm store. I am charging 60 cents per bushel. I use a crimper run by an electric motor. Takes about an hour to do 400 bushel if you include setup time.

TSC has a 50# bag of whole corn for $8.99. They have 50# cracked corn for $9.59. Again, roughly 60 cents per bushel.
