Still eat some pancakes here . We use a pancake mix called Carbquick , available at Walmart (at least here) . Dr says if you like pancakes , it's probably as good as you can do. Use real Maple syrup and usually sausage or kielbasa with them . Sometimes add fresh blueberries or wild raspberries in summer
