Tastes great. Not so beneficial for a long term diabetic like me.
Pancakes or waffles used to be one of my favorites.
Now eggs, bacon, sausage. Those I can go for. I do well with all you can eat breakfast buffets.
Time to swap the colored corn syrup masquerading as genuine maple syrup?
