Mine came from Wisconsin via the Mackinaw Bridge.   Hook it up and drop the hammer.   They tow like they aren’t there. I believe they are considered an implement of husbandry if not have your sales paperwork and explain you’re on your way home with it. If a person can pass countless law enforcement officers pulling a grain auger down I-80 a gooseneck should be easy.
