Pittsburg, Kansas | Seheult seems to be a brilliant doctor. I have listened to quite a few of his presentations.
He works for a medical institution that discourages meat consumption and encourages plant based eating. You will never hear him say anything positive about meat. So in this area I think he either gets it wrong or just ignores any positive studies about meat consumption. Maybe because of where he works, maybe for personal beliefs, that I don't know about.
But otherwise he stays very up on current research and I find a lot of his information worthwhile. It appears I have already listened to about half of that presentation but for whatever reason stopped in the middle. Will listen to the rest. It's a long one.
