Some creatures find my pumpkin seed regardless of where we plant it. Not far from buildings so not cranes or geese etc. Some rodent? They can find the treated seed easily, must smell delicious??? Seem to leave the untreated alone. Gladiator is their favorite.....


Thirteen lined ground squirrels aka stripey gophers hit mine hard. First time direct seeding and learned that transplanting might not be a dumb idea again.
