West Central Minnesota
Was in Fargo this morning and stoped at Texas Roadhouse for noon meal. Wife and I ordered their ribs and enjoyed the most tender ribs I have ever had. I have made decent ribs in past on pellet grill and in my smoker, but never as fall off the bone tender as these.
Are there tricks to achieve this tenderness that I am missing?
