Bite the bullet and get to a Good Feet store. Rigid orthotics and you’ll hate them for the first week or so but they helped tremendously. Life time warranty and free replacement as needed. I tried everything and most of the items mentioned. Expensive but considering the misery of the alternative it’s cheap. I now get by with the “maintainers” most of the year. Good luck.
