Sigh. Don't you understand that we are concerned about July and no subsoil moisture. It doesn't matter what the top 1-ft zone moisture is today if there is no subsoil moisture in July. I've said this a dozen times and you've yet to respond.
The national drought mitigation center has more forethought than you do.
