We like Texas Roadhouse. I’ve had some ribeyes there as good as a $100 steakhouse. We don’t go as much because they aren’t near as consistent as they used to be.
The secret is get the big ribeye and split it with the wife. They are consistently better, I think the small ones are probably trimmings off ends and screw ups.
At one time I think someone had told me it was Holstein beef.
