 | Totally agree, a good shoe store will help you out.  I also fought it for several months and slowly getting worse. I mentioned it at the VA during my annual physical and they set me up at a foot doctor.  He preferred my farm boots that have a high arch and got some cork inserts that he fitted for my foot and special made. Took a week to get them. . First step in the morning should not be barefoot and be with a shoe on.  All the healing it did all night gets torn again with the first step along with some stretching and ball thing got me back to perfect. |  |
