fer ****s sake. These checkoff's were voted on. They're hardly theft. Without Checkoff's you wouldn't have an Ethanol nor Biodiesel industry.
Even if what you say is true, what are they doing now? Shouldn't we have an easy straight forwards vote with all the info out there and the cost to each farmer tallied and a ballot mailed to everyone that has paid in the last couple years and have that vote pro-rated by the level of funding that entity has provided? They can list all the things they've done the last 2 years and everything that will be accomplished in the next 2 years and give an accounting of where every dollar has been spent and all the compensation to employees and 'volunteers'. Put all this in the hands of each voter and then vote yea or neah to continue? What do you have against that?
