A couple of weeks ago my son drove in from Dallas for his sister's wedding. Got to Fort Collins close to 9 PM so we went to a Texas Roadhouse because he hadn't had much to eat all day. STILL HAD A WAITING LINE AT 9 PM. I thought beef had gotten so high no one would buy it. It still is the best buy in a grocery store.
The closest Texas Roadhouse to me is an hour away, I'll admit it's my favorite chain steakhouse. There is never a time that there isn't a wait. Saying that times have changed and families don't eat at home as much as they used to or that's my observation from friends with kids.
