Cambridge, southwestern Nebraska | Use arch supports in shoes if they don’t have good supports. Wear shoes all the time even in the house until it gets better. There are arch supports you can wear at night that help also.
I guess I’m saying it’s all about supporting the arch in your feet.
I suffered from it a few years ago and did the above things. Took a month or so to get over it and haven’t had a problem since. I thought it might be a long term problem. Kind of is but if you change a few things like wearing good shoes and not go barefoot as much, it seems it can be fixed. I must say that now I don’t do much different than I did before except wear better shoes with supports. |
