You are incorrect. We just haven't been able to export any more than we used to. Since Trump took office in 2017 and started going on about Chinese trade deficits farmers have lost our on billions of dollars in trade of soybeans alone.
No sense making up numbers like 94% drops. How anyone can support what Trump did and Biden failed to change is beyond me and a discussion for another day. However the charts say you are very wrong.
