Everyone wants to talk about heifer retention, but no one mentions the fact that there isn’t an open cow under six years old in America that isn’t get getting bought and re-bred.
Yep worked with guys at salebarn that turned out open young cows some years. In places there are feedlots full of cows on feed, cows with bulls with them. It’s nothing new, but just saying friend has fielded more calls for bulls to rebreed.
