| I am not necessarily against the checkoffs, but I still remember them using the soybean checkoff to teach them to raise soybeans in foreign countries.
We were told that would increase our markets from the high volume of soybeans available. Yeh, that makes sense......
While I think promoting our products and finding new uses is a good thing, I also think the money, like any large organization, is not always spent in our best interests.
We pay to develop a new product and a private business benefits. | |
