Subject: Eliminate #1 priority function

You unscrew #35 flow adjuster valve, which removes all of numbers 32 through 41 with it. You pull the priority valve compensator spool assembly #27 through #31 out through the top bore; these will all come out together, although sometimes #28 slips out from the inside of hollow spool #27. Spring #2 usually stays down in the remote valve. Slip valve spool #28 out the bottom from inside spool #27.
The arrow of #28 is pointed directly at the raised land which you will grind off. You take it down to within about 1/8" of the spool body. Clean it all up, and carefully reassemble. Pay particular attention to reinstalling the flow control, that pin #33 fits back into the slots of spool #27.
Don't ever intermix any of these particular components and the #2 spring from the #1 priority remote valve with the components from the other non-priority remote valves; even after making this little modification. Very erratic hydraulic problems WILL occur.
The ground-off land will eliminate the #1 remote priority function. It no longer separates the inlet passage inside the #1 remote valve from the parallel outlet passage to the other remotes AND to the hitch. All of these valves will have equal access to the PFC pump's output, and the circuit with the lowest pressure requirement is usually the one that works first. I don't know if that is such a good thing when you are trying to maintain vacuum in the seed disks, and the hitch takes less pressure to raise = reduced vacuum pressure & seeds falling off the seed disk.
If you later decide that the #1 priority remote was a good thing, you will have to purchase a new #27 assembly.
