North of London | I used to air dry for feed not hauling out so seldom tested moisture but corn dries from bottom up and feed draw came from top.
I would put corn in when it was 25% or preferably drier and turn fan on until it froze.
As weather warmed in spring I would run fan on nice clear days until I thought drying front had met my feed draw then occasionally after that just to be sure.
I think the original poster probably has dry corn below where he tested
