| I don't know your location, but here, air dry is not real fast.
I turn the fan on when I think it will be 70 plus for a while in the spring and just leave it run.
It will still dry at night and on cloudy days.
I have seen the off and on strategy cause the corn to seal over pockets inside the bin.
I have also seen layers of damage where the moisture front sat when the fan was turned off and on.
As others have said, your bottom is probably 12.
When the top gets dry the moisture will drop fast. | |
