Near-north Ontario, French River | Depending on what you have to do to exterior walls/roof lines I would plan on $110-130/ sq foot if you have it hired out .. Additions and reno's are often times more expensive per square foot then new construction because there will always be some demo, routing of wires through existing wire, potential need to update furnace/ac etc involved . If you plan on doing it all yourself you can probably do it for $80-90, just keep in mind if you do it yourself it will most likely take much longer. Good luck ! |
