ours not used yet BUT finished this winter top deck 102" wide 34' long
just not much more expensive or time consuming to make bigger and adds very little weight
we used 1" deck boards 2X2 X 3/16" angle every 2'
FWIW build deck at ground level then lift with forklift or loader

Add if your trailer is 10K rated not 10K per axle----
you might wish it was heavier load rating ours 21K rated
we don't know if we'll like the 3 axles but better than a too light trailer
