Subject: RE: Hylio spray drones

Sandusky, MI
As far as I know. On the current AG models they use global parts. They don't deny it or try to hide from it. I think the CEO referred to themselves kind of like Ford. The big thing they have a hard time sourcing are the motors. I think the big thing with them is where and who has access to the information. That all is stored in their facility in Texas. From what I've been told I believe the next generation of drones will be 100% American made. I think they found an outfit in California to build the new motors. I know they want to control alot more of the supply chain and keep it in house. My experience has been really good. I've talked with people that haven't had the same experience. Not sure why the difference. I think it's like any other drone. Once you understand the system and get used to it it's a much smoother process. The one thing I like about the 272 drone is the spray pattern. It really drives the chemical down into the canopy. The one issue is to be efficient with just that one drone we really need 3 people. The 2 batteries are a nuisance. If you have one person on each battery and one person filling it goes much faster. Any questions please ask and I'll do my best to answer. Neil
