WCIL | This is part of reason I got on Facebook. I don't friend alot of people but, long away relatives who no longer have a connection with the farm are ones I like to friend. (I just hope they don't spend alot of time playing games) I hope my status updates will be a way for them to realize we are not Old McDonald's Farm.
I also send Farm updates to the family. Last fall I sent an update about harvest. I talked about % moisture, and current yields. One nephew wrote back, "I have absolutely no idea what you are talking about". Right there I had an opportunity to explain harvest delays, drying costs, and problems we were having. | |
